What do I pay for my order?
We accept all VISA, Mastercard, Discover & American Express credit cards. We also accept all Government purchase orders and/or Government Impact cards. If your company would like to set up an account for purchase orders, please contact our sales department at order@officebizonline.com

 

I can't find the product I'm looking for anywhere?
We carry a large number of office supplies so if you do not find it on our website, please contact us and we will research the product and try our best to get you the product. You can call us at 818 942 7007 or customerservice@officebizonline.com

 

I have a defective product? How do I return & get a refund?
Please see our shipping, warranty & returns policies.

 

Do you send out invoices?
We will email you a confirmation of the order along with a copy of your paid invoice. If you do not receive it, please contact us.

 

How do I know if it is a generic brand or original brand?
All product descriptions will say whether it is an original OEM brand or "compatible/remanufactured" brand. All of our products are 100% guaranteed and if there are any defectives, please see our warranty & refund policies.

 

I have multiple locations I'd like to order for. Can you ship to different locations?
Yes we can drop ship to multiple locations at no extra charge

 

Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order but free shipping only applies to all orders over $50.00.

 

Do you accept empty toner cartridges for recycling?
Yes. We accept all empty toner & ink cartridges for recycling purposes. We will pick up your empties at our cost. Please call or email us at customerservice@officebizonline.com if you need your empties picked up. Depending on the amount of empties, we will issue credit and/or promotional items for empties for helping save the environment.

 

How do I know if an item is out of stock?
We will instantly notify you the same day and provide you with the estimated arrival date of the item.

 

Am I able to pick up my order?
No. We ship all of our products to our customers but we guarantee 1-3 days free delivery on all orders over $50.00.

 

Do you charge tax?
Only orders that are shipped to California are charged sales tax EXCEPT for Government Agencies and all companies that are tax exempt.
