How to return a cartridge?
If you wish to return a product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days from issue date. To obtain an RMA number, please contact Office Biz at 818 942 7007 orcustomerservice@officebizonline.com
In the event of the purchase of a defective item you can either request a return for a refund or an exchange within 60 days from the date of purchase. If an exchange is requested, Office Biz will cover the shipping costs of the replacement order. Please note that the shipping method to use in the replacement order will be the same as the one selected in the original order. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

When customer wants to return an OEM cartridge:
Please note that we will only accept OEM Returns for 60 days from date of purchase (If the items are unopened and the original manufacturer has not accepted the item back). OEM items should be returned to the OEM company for warranty. Warranty on OEM items is provided by the manufacturer directly. There should be information inside the box on what the customer needs to do to request an exchange from the OEM. If you ordered the wrong item, please make sure not to open the box.
Shipping:
Orders placed before 3pm PST are shipped the same day. We ship Monday through Friday but if you need Saturday delivery, please contact us at customerservice@officebizonline.com or 818 942 7007. (Please note that there will be additional minimal shipping charge for Saturday deliveries)
